Sous la supervision du Responsable des rapports financiers, le Comptable sera responsable des operations comptables quotidiennes des societes du groupe Delmar, y compris la preparation de leurs etats financiers. Le role implique l'enregistrement des transactions quotidiennes dans QuickBooks, la gestion des comptes fournisseurs et clients, ainsi que l'assistance pour les rapports financiers trimestriels. Le Comptable soutiendra egalement les demandes d'audit, les analyses de comptes et diverses taches administratives et clericales liees aux societes holding.
Exigences:
Diplome ou certificat en comptabilite ou dans un domaine connexe
1 a 2 ans d'experience en tenue de livres ou en comptabilite generale (poste de niveau junior)
Connaissance de QuickBooks (un atout)
Solide connaissance des principes comptables (debits, credits, etats financiers)
Maitrise de Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, tableaux croises dynamiques) et de MS Office
Bilinguisme (anglais et francais)
+ Maitrise de l'anglais obligatoire, ce poste impliquant des communications avec le Canada et les Etats-Unis (80 %)

Under the supervision of the Financial Reporting Manager, the Bookkeeper will be responsible for the day-to-day accounting operations of Delmar Holding companies, including the preparation of their financial statements. The role involves recording daily transactions in QuickBooks, managing accounts payable and receivable, and assisting with quarterly financial reporting. The Bookkeeper will also support audit requests, account analyses, and various clerical and administrative tasks related to the holding companies.
Requirements:
Diploma or degree in Accounting or a related field
1 to 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or general accounting (junior-level role)
Knowledge of QuickBooks (an asset)
Strong knowledge of accounting principles (debits, credits, financial statements)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and MS Office
Bilingual (English and French)
+ Fluency in English is mandatory as this role deals with Canada and US (80%).
