Position Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented

Compression Garments Fitter

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in measuring, fitting, and educating patients on compression therapy products (stockings, sleeves, custom garments, etc.), and will work closely with physicians, therapists, and clients to ensure optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Measure and fit patients for compression stockings, sleeves, and custom garments. Educate clients on proper use and care. Conduct

in-home assessments and fittings

(driving required within Calgary & nearby communities). Maintain accurate fitting records and billing documentation. Collaborate with prescribers, therapists, and caregivers. Support retail operations and patient service.

Qualifications

Previous experience in compression garment fitting, retail medical supply, or healthcare setting preferred. Knowledge of compression therapy and product ranges (Sigvaris, Jobst, Juzo, Medi, etc.) is an asset. Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in measurement and documentation. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative healthcare team. Comfort with technology (MS Office, POS systems, medical billing platforms such as AADL/Blue Cross portals).

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
