Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Comprehensively Certified Pilates Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of full-time teaching experience and a strong understanding of Pilates, with the ability to work with clients of all skill levels. Clinical experience in post-rehabilitation and pre/postnatal training is a requirement for approval to work within our PTSW program.

Position Responsibilities:
- Lead dynamic group classes, and offer personalized 1:1, duet, and trio sessions.
- Collaborate with our clinical team to implement post-rehabilitation and injury-preventative protocols for our physiotherapy referrals as part of our PTSW program.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date charting for all PTSW clients.
- Foster a clean, safe, and inspiring studio environment.
- Build a supportive community that encourages client satisfaction and retention.
Position Requirements:
- A valid Pilates certification and proof of insurance.
- Proficiency in both mat and apparatus Pilates.
- Comfort working with a diverse clientele, including rehab clients.
- Prenatal and postnatal certifications are a plus!
- A passion for Pilates, along with an energetic and knowledgeable approach to teaching.
- Training in pre/post rehab, injuries, and special populations is essential to work with PTSW clients.
- Canadian citizen or valid work permit
