Position Overview:
As a Pilates Instructor at Sahara, you will lead group and private Pilates classes, offering expert guidance, motivation, and encouragement to clients of all fitness levels. You will help clients build strength, improve flexibility, and enhance overall well-being in a welcoming, supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead group and private Pilates classes, ensuring proper techniques and form for all participants.
Customize exercises to meet the needs and goals of clients, providing modifications for different fitness levels.
Foster a positive and motivating atmosphere for clients to feel comfortable and inspired.
Conduct client assessments and provide feedback on their progress.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized studio environment.
Stay updated on Pilates trends and techniques, continuously improving your skills.
Promote the services of Sahara to attract new clients and encourage class attendance.
Collaborate with other spa staff to ensure an exceptional client experience.
Requirements:
Certified Pilates Instructor (relevant certification required).
Experience teaching Pilates in a group and one-on-one setting.
Strong knowledge of anatomy, biomechanics, and injury prevention.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Passionate about health, fitness, and wellness.
Ability to motivate and inspire clients of various skill levels.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
