As a junior member of the Survey Management Center of Excellence, this individual would assist with the operational activities for multiple surveys from launch to report production while adhering to established milestones.
Collect and review survey data on an individual company basis as well as in aggregate for accuracy
Interact with clients via phone and email on a daily basis regarding position matching and data review questions, data analytics and other services or products
Participate/ assist with client marketing webcasts, conduct job matching sessions in person or via webcast to educate clients/prospects on survey methodology and design.
Work with internal colleagues to review compensation survey participation materials including checking technology tools and data submission materials for accuracy in order to launch surveys according to milestone date requirements
Ensure adherence to established quality standards for data analysis and publication
Using software tools to analyze and generate summary tables for compensation survey reports
Deliver reports to clients on a timely basis and present results to clients on a 1:1 or group setting in-person or via webinar
Conduct custom analyses (i.e., special peer groups, custom formatting, market assessments) upon request of internal and external clients
Assist other team members with their survey responsibilities when needed
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of compensation survey experience and knowledge
The qualified candidate will have some corporate experience (internships, part-time positions or other education and related experience acceptable); Human Resources background would an asset
Proven analytical skills, good communication skills, detail orientation, project management skills and PC expertise utilizing a database
