The Total Rewards Centre of Excellence (COE) collaborates with key business stakeholders to design competitive yet cost-effective reward packages that align with the Firm's strategy to attract, retain, and inspire our talent. With an emphasis on wellbeing and belonging and ability to adapt to employee needs and preferences to motivate talent and enhance performance in an uncertain and rapidly evolving business environment. As part of the team, you'll help develop and administer our total rewards programs by focusing on areas such as competitive benchmarking, regulatory compliance, and incentive design linked to performance management.
