We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Compensation and Benefits Manager to lead our global payroll, benefits, and compensation programs. This role is critical to ensuring compliance, operational excellence, and employee satisfaction across multiple geographies including

Canada, the United States, United Kingdom, Chile, and Australia

.

What You'll Do



Payroll Management



Oversee semi-monthly, biweekly and monthly payroll cycles across all supported regions. Ensure accuracy in payroll processing, tax compliance, and year-end reporting. Liaise with Finance and external vendors to resolve payroll-related inquiries.

Benefits Administration



Manage benefit enrollment and renewals, including coordination with brokers and vendors. Lead benefit plan renewals and reporting for all regions. Support employees with benefit-related questions and escalations.

Compensation Strategy



Support the annual compensation cycle, including salary reviews and bonus calculations. Maintain and update compensation structures in alignment with market trends and internal equity. Prepare headcount and compensation reports for monthly leadership meetings.

Systems and Compliance



Administer

ADP

and

Employment Hero

platforms, ensuring data integrity and process efficiency. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and tax regulations across all operating regions. Maintain documentation and SOPs for payroll, benefits, and compensation processes.

Collaboration and Transition Support



Partner with internal stakeholders including Finance, Talent Acquisition, and People & Culture Business Partners. Provide training and documentation to support transitions and onboarding of new team members.

What You'll Need



5+ years of experience in payroll, benefits, and compensation management, preferably in a multi-national environment. Strong knowledge of Canadian, US, UK payroll and benefits regulations. Experience with

ADP

a must Experience with

Employment Hero

a nice to have Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
