Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a caring, reliable, and friendly Companion to provide social and community support to an elderly lady. The role focuses on enhancing her quality of life through companionship, engagement in activities, and support in attending community outings.

Responsibilities:

Accompany the client to community events, outings, and appointments Support the client in attending the gym or other fitness/recreational activities Provide friendly companionship and conversation Assist with planning and engaging in enjoyable social activities Ensure the client's comfort, safety, and well-being during all outings

Requirements:

Prior experience in companionship, community support, or elder care preferred Friendly, patient, and compassionate personality Ability to accompany the client to various locations (access to transportation is an asset) Reliable and punctual Able to commit to 15-16 hours per week
Job Types: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 per week

Work Location: On the road
