COMPANION CARE WORKER
A client in their 50\'s with Schizophrenia, Anxiety, Developmental Disability, and PTSD, living in Nepean. A typical session would include playing cards, listening to Arabic TV or music, drawing, colouring, and going for walks. Our client loves playing cards, Arabic shows and music, going for walks, tennis, and cooking.

You would be the ideal candidate to work with us if you are someone who is who speaks Arabic, enjoys arts, and has experience with individuals with cognitive impairment.

One 3 hr shift

RATE OF PAY
$20/hr

Requirements

• Valid First Aid and CPR Standard level C certification
• Smartphone with a data plan
• Criminal Record & Vulnerable Sector Check (within the last 12 months)

Assets

• Experience working in a multi-disciplinary team
• University or College education in a related field
• Driver\'s License \xe2\x80\x9cG\xe2\x80\x9d class with access to a vehicle

Spark is looking to hire motivated, dedicated, and experienced Support Workers. In this role, you\'ll be supporting individuals in the community requiring direct care with personal hygiene, meal preparation, organization, and light housekeeping.
