Job Description
Abilities Community Services is looking for skilled Community Support Workers supporting individuals in Day Program and Residential settings.
Abilities is currently looking for casual staff and weekend positions.
Responsibility of the position includes, but is not limited to
:Work on goals contained in Person Centred Plans Take part in planning options for participants Food and meal preparation Household chores Medication administration Personal care Any other tasks as may be necessary Must work well in a team environment
Qualifications:
Experience working with Mental Health and Autism - 1 year Minimum Current First Aid/CPR Level C Class 5 drivers license Trauma Informed Care Training Medical clearance including a recent negative TB test Non Violent Intervention Training A clean criminal reference check CSW diploma or relevant work experience Food Safe
Compensation:
This is a position in a union environment Wage will be determined by the number of years/hours that you have worked and will follow the Community Living Services Collective Agreement Wages range from $25.95 - $28.75

Pay: $25.95-$29.76 per hour
