Visit us today and check out to see why more people from across the globe are moving here.About the OpportunityUnder the direction of the Manager - Outpatient Mental Health and Addictions, the Community Outreach Worker is responsible for providing outreach services, including group programming, brief and early intervention, and case management for adult outpatients in the Cumberland community. As part of a multi-disciplinary team, the Outreach Worker must be knowledgeable and utilize principles from harm reduction, community development, motivational interviewing, and trauma-informed practice. The Outreach Worker provides a wide range of services in the community and our clinics, including screening, assessment, referral, navigation, early and brief intervention, and group programming. The Outreach worker will be supporting and collaborating with various communities in Cumberland and the surrounding area.
