Community Nurse
Job Description
We are looking for a Community Nurse to join our team and provide healthcare services to our community. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing medical care and health education to individuals and families in our area, as well as managing administrative tasks related to the position. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a commitment to patient care, and a passion for helping others.
Responsibilities:
Provide nursing care to individuals in the community.
Assess and monitor the health of individuals in the community.
Provide health education to individuals and families.
Develop and implement plans of care for individuals in the community.
Provide crisis intervention and counseling services.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure quality care.
Maintain accurate records of patient care.
Requirements:
Must have a reliable vehicle as duties will involved traveling
Provide CNO ID when applying or in resume
No experience necessary, we will train.
