Position Summary:



Concert Properties is seeking a Community Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our rental office, serving 360 residential units at Fraser Pointe 1 & 2 in Vancouver B.C. Reporting to the Property Manager, the Community Manager will be responsible for supervising staff, managing tenant relations, overseeing property maintenance, and supporting budget and administrative processes.



What you'll be doing:



Lead and manage on-site and mobile staff, handle scheduling, performance reviews, and training. Ensure high-quality maintenance, including inspections, preventive upkeep, and contractor management. Oversee tenant relations, including leasing, rent collection, and issue resolution. Assist in budget management, process payments, and monitor expenses. Maintain up-to-date property records, compliance, and support health, safety, and sustainability initiatives. Conduct and perform monthly safety inspections and weekly safety meetings as outlined in Concert's Policy and Procedures.

Key requirements:



A college diploma or a combination of post-secondary education and related experience. Knowledge of property legislation (BC Employment Standards, Residential Tenancy Act, etc.) and building systems. Tech-savvy with superior organizational and time management skills, ability to exercise discretion, demonstrates initiative, and works independently and in a team to do what it takes to get the work done. Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Yardi is a plus. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills. High level of personal and professional integrity.
