Position Summary:





We're looking for a Manager, Community Events to join our growing team! This role is responsible for working alongside our sales & marketing teams to facilitate and manage the coordination of all community and building events activity. The individual will be responsible for identifying new event opportunities as well as managing existing event relationships. From community events (think Farmers Markets, Park Movie Nights, BIA events), to individual building events, the successful candidate will coordinate between the residential sales & marketing teams to ensure appropriate event volumes take place through ensuring adequate staffing, branding & overall presence as outlined in relevant partnership & or building level agreements. This role will be a key element to supporting the overall growth of the Beanfield brand across local communities and within individual buildings.


Roles & Responsibilities:




Develop a plan to ensure Beanfield maximizes our event activity per agreements we have with partners. Lead the coordination with various partners and property managers to schedule and come to agreement on Beanfield placement at events Act as a facilitator between sales & marketing to ensure key buildings and/or events are identified and aligned with strategic initiatives, ensuring appropriate marketing materials are available for sales teams based on events and current promotions Nurture existing relationships and develop new relationships that align with the Beanfield brand, identifying opportunities that support overall business goals & objectives Foster internal collaboration to ensure business needs are met through increased event activity, ensuring we adhere to the events volumes allowed per each individual agreement Lead and foster collaboration on cross-functional marketing initiatives, working closely with product, sales, customer success, and creative teams to achieve shared goals. Oversee event budgets and identify opportunities where special events/incremental spend will be of most value Support development of lead management system to capture and convert residents into customers

Skills & Qualifications:




Undergraduate degree in business, commerce, or a related field Experience in B2C Marketing; B2B an asset 3-5 years of experience in community engagement, events management or brand activation ideally in a consumer sales environment Canva and/or Adobe Creative experience an asset Excellent project management and organizational skills Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Demonstrated ability to influence internal and external stakeholders Strategic thinker with a strong understanding of market trends and consumer behaviour Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
