Overview



We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Community Manager to join our team. As a Community Manager, you will play a pivotal role in creating a welcoming and productive environment for our members. Your responsibilities will encompass community engagement, sales , facility management & administration with a focus on converting new clients and upselling existing clients to additional services. This is an onsite position.

Key Responsibilities:



Community Engagement:

?Foster a sense of community among members through events, networking opportunities, and regular check-ins with members. ?Ensure a warm and inviting atmosphere for all members and visitors. Greet guests, provide tours, and assist with any inquiries.

Sales & Marketing:

?Drive membership growth by finding and converting new clients and upselling existing clients to higher-tier member services. Implement and manage the community conversions program. Manage leasing processes, including conducting property tours, negotiating lease agreements, and processing applications. Creating and adding content regarding members , activities etc , showcasing the community.

Administration:

?Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling, member communications, and maintaining office supplies. Maintain accurate records using Customer Relationship Management Systems (CRM) and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).

Facility Management:

?Ensure the co-working space is clean, organized, and well-maintained. Coordinate with vendors, landlord and other service providers as needed. Manage full process of rent collection from members. Primary contact for these various groups.

Administration:

?Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling, member communications, and maintaining office supplies. Maintain accurate records using Customer Relationship Management Systems (CRM) and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).

Reception:

?Serve as the first point of contact for members and visitors. Handle phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.

Requirements:



1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

2.

Experience:

Previous experience in sales, marketing hospitality, administration, is preferred. Experience in a co-working space or similar environment is a plus.

3.

Skills:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Detail oriented. Ability to work independently. Strong negotiation skills to facilitate lease agreements and resolve conflicts effectively.

4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

5.

Competencies:

Friendly, approachable, and proactive. A natural networker who enjoys building relationships and connecting people. Professional in appearance and demeanor.

Compensation:



Base Salary: $625/week ( 25 hrs per week), payable biweekly



Discretionary Income based on

successful client conversions and upsells.

Schedule:



Hours of Work:

1 position from : 8:30 am - 1:30 pm Monday - Friday and 1 position from 1:00 PM - 6:00 PM Monday to Friday , with occasional off hours for events or filling in other teams absence. Please note: this is a temporary role at this time due to parental leave.
