Position Overview
The Community Leasing Agent plays a key role in delivering an exceptional resident experience while supporting leasing, marketing, and occupancy goals across our luxury multi-family portfolio. This position is responsible for engaging prospective residents, showcasing the community, coordinating leasing documentation, and ensuring a smooth and positive move-in process. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, highly organized, and confident in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
Qualifications
College or University Diploma preferred
Minimum 2 years of related leasing or sales experience within the property management industry
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Exceptional customer service abilities with a professional, polished demeanor
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Property Management software required
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Active driver's license and reliable vehicle
Advertising and marketing experience considered an asset
Duties & Responsibilities
Handle all phone, email, and walk-in leasing inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Conduct property tours, engage prospective residents, and present available suites, amenities, and community features.
Encourage appointments and follow-up with all prospects to maximize conversion.
Qualify prospective residents by collecting required information
Process rental applications, verify documentation, and prepare lease agreements.
Coordinate all leases, payments, and information using property management software while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
Capture photos and videos of suites, amenities, and community events for use in digital marketing and advertising campaigns.
Support the development and distribution of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, email campaigns, and online advertisements.
Monitor online inquiries and reviews, ensuring timely and professional responses.
Participate in local marketing outreach efforts to build brand awareness and generate qualified leads.
Track the performance of marketing and social media initiatives and provide feedback on opportunities to improve reach and effectiveness.
Ensure suites are move-in ready and assist with conducting move-ins, including completing all move-in documentation.
Maintain accurate leasing records and reports.
Deliver excellent customer service to current and future residents, supporting strong resident retention.
Support marketing and outreach initiatives to drive traffic and meet occupancy goals.
Conduct quarterly market surveys and report findings to management.
Collaborate with the property management team to support smooth daily operations.
Perform additional duties and procedures as required.

Pay: $65,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
