Do you have your own vehicle and love to provide home to home care? Are you a dedicated PSW or Internationally Educated Nurse looking to make a difference in your community? Bayshore is currently looking for a dedicated PSW to travel in our more rural areas and visit clients in their homes. This is a Fulltime permanent opportunity that will allow you to work independently in your chosen area.

Areas of Coverage: Flamborough, Freelton, Puslinch

A Day in the Life of a Bayshore PSW:

As a member of the Travelling PSW team your days will always be different! You will visit clients in your area and provide daily support activities based on the needs of the Care Plan. You will be supported by a team of clinical experts while providing exceptional customer service. Some tasks can include personal care, range of motion activities, homemaking services such as cleaning, cooking, laundry and general household management.

Who You Are

You have a desire to help improve the lives of those in your community

You are dedicated to providing high-quality care services to clients and you have knowledge of practices for community care

You have a reliable mode of transportation

You have a clear Vulnerable Sector Check or are willing to get one

You have completed a formal, accredited health care training program and can provide your certification
