Tez Healthcare Services is a multidisciplinary healthcare provider supporting clients recovering from motor vehicle accidents and working closely with ICBC. Our team includes Occupational Therapists, Kinesiologists, Physiotherapists, Nurses, and Rehabilitation Assistants. Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Body Worker to join our community-based rehabilitation team. The ideal candidate will provide hands-on therapeutic treatments to support client recovery, reduce pain, and improve function following motor vehicle-related injuries.

You will work directly in clients' homes or community settings and collaborate with our clinical team to promote positive rehabilitation outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Provide therapeutic body work techniques including soft-tissue mobilization, relaxation massage, pain management, and muscle tension reduction. Support clients recovering from physical trauma due to motor vehicle accidents. Document treatment plans, progress notes, and report outcomes as required. Collaborate with Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, and Case Managers. Maintain professional boundaries and adhere to regulatory and ethical standards. Travel within assigned community areas to provide in-home service.

Qualifications

Certification in Body Work Therapy, Massage Therapy, or a related discipline (RMT not required, but considered an asset). Experience working with rehabilitation or trauma-related injuries preferred. Current liability insurance (or willingness to obtain it). Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle. Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
