Your Role as a Community Assessment Coordinator:
As a Community Assessment Coordinator, you'll be the driving force behind our mission to make Nova Scotia greener, one home at a time. You'll engage with homeowners, generate quality leads, and set appointments, paving the way for our team to close the deal.Responsibilities:

• Engage and Inspire: Capture the interest of potential customers through direct, door-to-door engagement.
• Achieve and Exceed: Consistently meet and exceed lead generation targets (15+ leads per week).
• Community Builder: Foster positive, no-pressure relationships within the community and enhance brand awareness.
• Team Collaborator: Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on the latest HVAC technology and lead generation techniques.

• Confident Communicator: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and inspire homeowners.
