As we continue to grow and provide quality professional transportation services, we are recruiting for a *US* _*Dispatcher /Planner to join our Calgary team.*__*Monday -Friday (7:30am -4:00 pm)*_*Job Responsibilities*\xc2\xb7 Collaborate effectively with all team members in dispatch and transportation to achieve daily objectives. \xc2\xb7 Responsible for monitoring loads and trucks in a specific geography prioritizing and planning power to move loads to destination \xc2\xb7 Provide the highest levels of service to all customers with whom they interact, whether internal or external, with the goal of continuously improving the customer experience. \xc2\xb7 Ensure that the assigned loads are confirmed with each driver prior to the completion of the work day. \xc2\xb7 Confirm loads have been delivered or re-booked if needed and all safety and service incidents are reported to management. \xc2\xb7 Follow up with drivers who are late with their loads and resolve any issues they may encounter. \xc2\xb7 Respond to customer and drivers communication via email, phone, and messaging to resolve issues in an expedited manner. \xc2\xb7 Ensure that drivers are submitting paperwork to the office team within 24 hours of delivery. \xc2\xb7 Ensure accurate input of order data to keep information up to date and accurate in order to comply with government regulations. \xc2\xb7 Comply with established company policies and procedures, and Occupational Health and Safety regulations. \xc2\xb7 Handling of all drivers related Satellite / Ring Central messages or calls within assigned and overflow queues. \xc2\xb7 Provide drivers with all necessary paperwork to complete deliveries. \xc2\xb7 Maintain a safe and clean work environment. \xc2\xb7 Work in a fast-paced environment. *Job Qualifications/Requirements:*\xc2\xb7 Working knowledge of *TMW Systems/Load Link *are considered an asset. \xc2\xb7 Basic understanding of *US Border Crossings* will be preferred. \xc2\xb7 Understanding of the general geography of Canada and US will be an asset. \xc2\xb7 Sense of urgency and responsive to changes in a timely and efficient manner \xc2\xb7 Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written. \xc2\xb7 Strong computer, organizational, and analytical skills. \xc2\xb7 Proven ability to deal productively and professionally with internal and external customers. \xc2\xb7 Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
