The Coordinator, Corporate Communications will report to the Manager, Corporate Communications.What will you do?Support internal/external communications by drafting and creating visual content, articles, emails, social media posts and other collateral for distribution to various audiences through multiple channelsLogistics and administrative support for large internal events including town hallsReview and set up e-mails for distribution to broad audiencesCoordinate and collaborate with colleagues on events, translation and publishingWrite, edit, and create graphics to support engaging communicationsConduct research for briefing documents and communication plansTrack metrics and look for trends in dataHelp coordinate publishing of internal messages (manage approvals, translation, scheduling, and tracking)Coordinate and collaborate with Communication colleagues and partners across the organization.Fuel Employee engagement by helping to deliver simple, creative and visual internal communications tied to HR prioritiesBe an employee experience advocate - putting Employees at the centre of all internal communicationsWhat do you need to succeed?Degree or diploma in communications, public relations, or journalism1-2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in a support position or equivalent roleStrong writing skills (corporate writing or journalism preferred)Experience creating visual and engaging contentStrong organizational skills with knowledge of project managementPassion for research, problem solving, and analyzing dataDemonstrated experience developing new ideas and recommending creative solutionsAbility to work collaboratively in a diverse team environmentGeneral knowledge of media relations best practices and proceduresPrior exposure to various communication channels, understanding the pros and cons of eachExcellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a diversified team environment.What will be nice to have?Experience in employee communicationsExperience in content creationStrong time management skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities and produce materials to meet tight deadlinesExperience with Adobe Illustrator, Adobe PhotoshopExperience within the financial services industryBilingualism (French, English, both oral and written) is an asset for the frequent interactions with English and French-speaking colleagues or internal partners across Canada and worldwide.What\xe2\x80\x99s in it for you?Flexible Benefits from the day you join to meet the needs of you and your familyAn environment of continuous learning and improvementA friendly, collaborative, and inclusive cultureWork-life balance by scheduling your day around your priorities and having more time to spend on the important thingsThe opportunity to move along a variety of career paths with amazing networking potentialThe Base Pay range is for the primary location for which the job is posted. It may vary depending on the work location of the successful candidate or other factors.
