Responsibilities




Coordinate and oversee social media channels
Maintain & coordinate project calendars and ensure deadlines are achieved
Track and report on Marketing campaign performance, social data, and lead generation metrics
Support internal and external communication by coordinating schedules, meetings and reporting for stakeholders and vendors
Field incoming requests, respond and coordinate to ensure alignment on tasks and timelines
Oversee audience engagement and interactions on social channels
Collaborate with various departments to ensure cohesive social media messaging
Report quarterly on social media performance to stakeholders
Take detailed notes in stakeholder meetings and assign project responsibilities and timelines accordingly

Qualifications




Demonstrated ability to communicate and coordinate with stakeholders and vendors
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven organizational and time management skills
Ability to coordinate multiple projects and deadlines at the same time
Self-starter with a proactive approach to work
Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Creative thinker with the ability to collaborate and work independently when required
Bonus Points for knowledge of social media platforms and trends
