About the Role

We're looking for a Communications & Community Manager to help grow the Open Circle -- someone who loves people, thrives in connection, and knows how to turn inspiration into action.

This role is part community-building, part creative production, part communications. You'll be the bridge between the Open Circle and the people -- helping the gatherings fill up, finding partnerships , and find the right audience for the Open Circle.

About the Open Circle

Open Circle is a community-based music experience that blends live improvised music through storytelling from the audience. Each gathering brings people together through people's stories, shared meals, and moments of human connection.

You will:

Lead outreach to potential collaborators (artists, chefs, venues, photographers, healers, brands, etc.) Build relationships with influencers and local connectors who align with the mission Manage communications for upcoming Circles (Instagram DMs, community emails, RSVP follow-up, etc.) Help make sure each event is full -- through strategic outreach, partnerships, and organic buzz Coordinate with the creative team to tell the story of the Circles online (content ideas, testimonials, small campaigns) Support on-site at Circles -- welcoming guests, helping create a warm, intentional atmosphere Help track and reflect on growth: community feedback, attendance, collaborations
