We are seeking a talented communications and marketing consultant to ensure the effective deployment of all our communications, internal and external marketing projects. Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Business Development of the Montreal office, the selected candidate will be responsible for contributing to the reputation of our firm and its professionals by ensuring the proper coordination and execution of the various projects assigned to him/her. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Develop strategies to help achieve our business objectives via our digital channels; - Manage social media and its performance : o Develop content strategy and manage editorial calendars; o Write bilingual publications; o Create exclusive content; o Manage advertising campaigns and their results; o Create simple visuals using the Adobe suite (an asset). - Manage the content of the website and ensure the updating of the information on it; - Write and format newsletters and manage mailings; - Produce monthly performance reports and interpret the results on an ongoing basis in order to recommend optimization actions; - Participate in sponsorship decisions and coordinate any activity or brand activation resulting from the sponsorship; - Measure the return on investment of our various partnerships and initiatives; - Support and advise professionals on their marketing and business development initiatives; - Support management in the implementation of strategic projects; - Coordinate the organization of various events (in person and virtual); - Support various committees and internal teams; - Perform any other related tasks. REQUIREMENTS - Bachelor\'s degree in communications or marketing; - Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken; - Excellent knowledge of social media; - Knowledge of the Adobe suite (InDesign and Photoshop); - Knowledge of Wordpress; - Knowledge of Google Analytics; - Mastery of the Office Suite.
