Our Construction group is hiring a Completions Coordinator for our Project team. The position is a key liaison between all teams (construction, commissioning and start up), and works cooperatively with internal resources and external agencies to coordinate the execution of all completions related activities for the project, including planning, tracking, and reporting.

What will you be doing?

• Act as the primary contact for completions activities.
• Provide review and assistance in the compilation and completion of documentation and processes of the project during completions and commissioning phases.
• Provide technical understanding of all completions processes and surveillance of contractor\'s readiness for Mechanical Completion as well as oversight and support
• throughout the site commissioning and start-up of project phases.
• Participate in the mechanical completion and Turnover processes and procedures.
• Provide support to end users with check sheet, punch execution, and completions documentation within CMS.
• Support and train Aker and client users on digitalization applications
• Review and assist with MC Dossier compilation.
• Review and assist with Tri-party walkdown package compilation.
• Develop scope of work with Commissioning experts and Engineers
• Work with the planners to proactively identify issues and potential solutions.
• Liaise with construction/commissioning/start up and project management in completions database requirements.
• Identify and offer cost effective solutions to both Aker Solutions and client.

We think you should have:

• Engineering Technology diploma with a minimum of 10 years of experience.
• Proficient in use of Hexagon Smart Completions Database.
• Proficient in use of Microsoft Office.
• Experience in commissioning activities within an engineering, process, or construction environment would be considered an asset.
