Responsibilities
Conduct outbound telemarketing campaigns to generate new leads and expand the customer base
Qualify inbound inquiries by assessing client needs and matching them with appropriate solutions
Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track interactions, update lead information, and manage follow-ups
Develop and execute targeted marketing strategies to attract potential clients in various industries
Engage in consultative conversations to understand client requirements and present tailored solutions
Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective negotiation tactics and close deals
Maintain a high level of product knowledge related to technology and technical sales offerings
Support business development initiatives by researching market trends and identifying new opportunities
Communicate effectively with prospects and internal teams to ensure seamless lead handoff and follow-through
Experience
Proven experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or telemarketing roles, preferably within technology or technical sales environments
Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successfully closing deals
Familiarity with marketing strategies and customer service best practices
Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for lead management
Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable
Demonstrated ability to develop relationships, conduct business development activities, and work independently as well as part of a team
