Commission-Based Sales Internship



Location: Toronto, Ontario | Type: Part-Time | Work Model: Hybrid

As a Commission-Based Sales Intern, you'll gain hands-on experience supporting our sales efforts by promoting promotional products to potential customers. You'll help drive revenue through client outreach and product sales while developing valuable communication and business development skills.

Key Responsibilities:



Prospecting & Outreach:

Contact businesses and potential clients through phone, email, and face-to-face visits to introduce our promotional products.

Sales Conversations

Present product benefits, answer questions, and influence buying decisions to generate interest and sales.

Lead Development:

Build and maintain an updated list of prospects, including contact information and interest level.

Field Sales Exposure:

Participate in supervised door-to-door and/or business-based outreach initiatives to grow sales exposure.

Sales Tracking:

Log outreach efforts, sales calls, and results within internal tracking systems.

Team Collaboration:

Work with senior business development specialists to develop basic sales techniques and improve performance.
