About the Opportunity:

Pacific Blue Mechanical is seeking a reliable, motivated, and experienced

Journeyman Plumber and Heating Technician

to join our growing team. We specialize in commercial and residential plumbing and mechanical services across the Lower Mainland and have built a reputation for quality, professionalism, and integrity.

commission-based model

that gives you real earning power and flexibility. Our top technicians are currently earning

$70+/hour on average

, with guaranteed income support while you get settled.

Compensation Package:

33% Commission on Profit per Job

- Uncapped earning potential.

$3,000 Bi-Weekly Guaranteed Pay

- Provided during your first 4 months as you transition into the commission model.

Full-Time Workload

- We keep your schedule full with 40+ hours/week.

Company Vehicle

- Take-home van with fuel card and full support.

Your Responsibilities:

Perform plumbing and/or heating repairs, installations, diagnostics, and maintenance for both commercial and residential clients. Provide excellent customer service and explain work clearly and professionally to clients. Accurately document job details and ensure high standards of workmanship and safety. Coordinate with dispatch and management to complete jobs efficiently and on schedule. Troubleshoot and resolve on-site technical issues as they arise.

What We're Looking For:

Journeyman Plumber (Red Seal preferred)

and

Class B Gasfitter certification

.

5+ years of experience

in plumbing and mechanical service. A valid

Class 5 Driver's License

with a clean driving record. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. Strong customer service and communication abilities. Experience with mobile job tracking tools is an asset.
