Job Title: Field Sales Representative (Scarborough, ON)

In this role, you'll be responsible for direct sales through door-to-door and business-to-business outreach. What You'll Do:

Conduct direct sales through door-to-door and business visits Build relationships with potential customers and present tailored solutions Meet and exceed monthly sales targets Manage your sales pipeline and customer follow-ups Attend daily meetings at our Scarborough office before heading to your territory Submit daily sales reports and maintain accurate records

What We're Looking For:

Minimum availability of 32 hours/week (5 days) - no part-time candidates Previous sales experience preferred (especially field sales or door-to-door) Entrepreneurial mindset with strong self-motivation Excellent communication and persuasion skills Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals Reliable transportation (vehicle is an asset but not required) Comfortable working in all weather conditions
