Welcome and assist customers in finding furniture and mattresses that fit their lifestyle, style, and budget

Deliver an outstanding, no-pressure shopping experience

Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets

Maintain a clean and organized sales floor

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in commission retail, sales, serving or customer service (preferred, not required)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Motivated, goal-oriented, and confident and outgoing personality

Professional appearance and positive attitude

Availability to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Compensation

Commission-based role -- unlimited earning potential
