Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our products and services to effectively assist customers. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently. Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive work environment. Assist in merchandising and maintaining the sales floor, ensuring it is clean, organized, and visually appealing. Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to better serve customers.

Qualifications

Proven experience in retail or sales is preferred but not required; we welcome enthusiastic candidates willing to learn. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers. Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating a friendly and approachable demeanor. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends as needed. A genuine interest in helping others and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
