a la responsabilite de traiter les transactions sur le portail des manufacturiers ainsi qu'offrir un service a la clientele exceptionnel en traitant les differentes demandes venant des clients, representants et manufacturiers.

Principales responsabilites

Traiter les transactions sur les differents portails des manufacturiers; Emettre des credits aux clients; Assurer un suivi aux clients; Repondre aux diverses demandes des clients, representants et manufacturiers.

Facteurs de succes

Etre capable de travailler en equipe ; Facilite a bien communiquer ; Etre capable de travailler sous pression ; Anglais parle et ecrit est un atout.

is responsible for processing transactions on manufacturers' portals and providing exceptional customer service by handling various requests from clients, sales representatives, and manufacturers.
