Hammerstrap Industries has a unique job opportunity and is looking to hire a commercial/industrial photographer for work in the Waskatenau, AB area. The successful candidate will be professional, action-oriented, have a detail-driven eye and be passionate about heavy equipment & machinery. Applicants must be available attend on-site daily at our Waskatenau location, be reliable, have a good work ethic and able to work both independently as well as on a team. Responsibilities & duties to include but not limited to: \xc2\xb7 Accurately capture images of industrial/construction/farming equipment, processes and machinery to be used for a variety of purposes, including sales, advertising and marketing. \xc2\xb7 Photographing all incoming equipment with a keen eye, highlighting the assets of each piece \xc2\xb7 Ability to assess situations to determine picture composition and make adjustments/movements to equipment as necessary \xc2\xb7 Edit images as required \xc2\xb7 Investigate and compose descriptions of photographed equipment for advertising purposes \xc2\xb7 Liaise with team members to produce copy ready materials Skills & Education: \xc2\xb7 An understanding of photography techniques, lighting, composition, and post-production processes. \xc2\xb7 Proficient in Adobe photoshop or equivalent photo editing software \xc2\xb7 Keen eye and attention to detail to produce the best possible outcomes in various situations. \xc2\xb7 Adaptable and flexible to adjust to changing conditions and priorities \xc2\xb7 Competent computer skills required \xc2\xb7 Knowledge of heavy equipment and/or willingness to learn \xc2\xb7 Ability to operate heavy duty and farm equipment an asset Wage will be based on previous experience and performance.
