Responsibilities

Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment Diagnose mechanical issues using diagnostic tools and techniques Repair or replace faulty components, including belts, gears, motors, and hydraulic systems Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and repairs performed Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot complex problems Ensure all work complies with safety standards and regulations Assist in the installation of new equipment and upgrades Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency

Requirements

Proven experience as a Mechanic or similar role in industrial or manufacturing settings Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical components Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills for reporting issues and coordinating repairs High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training preferred Valid driver's license is a plus but not mandatory Ability to lift heavy objects and work in confined spaces as needed
