Pacific Coast Heavy Truck Group is Metro Vancouver\xe2\x80\x99s established Volvo / Mack Truck dealer. We are now accepting applications for a Commercial Transport Technician/Mechanic to be part of our Kamloops location in a full-time, permanent capacity. We Offer:

- Perform preventative maintenance, diagnostics and repair work on heavy-duty trucks
- Consult and follow established manufacturer\xe2\x80\x99s service literature and guidelines for proper testing, repair and maintenance of trucks
- Inspect and diagnose cause of failure with proper equipment to perform repairs or adjustments
- Properly document cause and correction for all concerns listed on repair order as the work is completed
- Red Seal Journeyman with Motor Vehicle Inspector Certification preferred
- The ability to work a rotating shift every 2 weeks as follows: M-F 8am-4:30pm; T-S 8am-4:30pm; M-F 12:30pm-9pm
- 5+ years of experience in the Heavy-Duty industry (Dealer experience is strongly preferred but related industries may also be considered)
- Self-motivated, team-oriented individuals who have the ability to perform successfully under pressure
