Role Description:

We are seeking a full-time Commercial Plumber/Gasfitter for a service and new construction role, based in Calgary, AB. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Installing, maintaining, and repairing piping systems related to plumbing and gas fitting. Installing, maintaining, inspecting, testing, and repairing boiler systems and associated mechanical components. Diagnosing issues and performing preventive maintenance. Collaborating with team members to ensure compliance with safety standards and efficient service delivery for our customers. This is a duel, service and new construction role that will eventually transition into a full-time service position.

Qualifications:

Understanding of safety standards and compliance requirements. Experience in both service and new construction is preferred. Experience in installing, maintaining, and repairing boiler systems. Knowledge of and experience with plumbing, gas fitting, and hot water heating. Familiarity with ventilation, heating, and air conditioning systems. Ability to conduct inspections, troubleshoot, diagnose issues, and perform preventive maintenance. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Journeyman or Apprentice Plumber/Gasfitter Valid Class 5 Driver's license Experience in mechanical service work in a commercial or industrial setting is a plus

Pay: $42.00-$50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
