Your Opportunity at ARC\'TERYX:

The Commercial Service Representative - LEAF is an important organizational role responsible for the ongoing execution of the commercial services strategy with the goal of providing a best-in class support to our global LEAF dealers. You will be responsible for processing and assisting dealer orders and inquiries through the LEAF ecosystem, supporting the LEAF Integrated Commercial Team (ICT) with high priority request, maintaining LEAF customer records, and fielding day-to-day inquiries.

This role is based out of our North Vancouver office and is open to hybrid remote work. Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada.

LEAF is a small, high performing team that produces a no-fail product ecosystem for top-tier special forces and tactical law enforcement end-users. As part of the integrated LEAF Commercial team your focus is to build and sustain the infrastructure of LEAF\'s business. Furthermore, the LEAF Commercial Service team is focused on delivering professional, efficient, proactive, and tailored support to facilitate and enhance LEAF\'s global business requirement to our target consumers, our business partners, government organizations, and procurement officials.

If you were the Commercial Service Representative - LEAF now, here are some of the core activities you would be doing:

  • Assisting the Commercial Service Supervisor - LEAF with the execution of the Strategic Commercial Service Plan
  • Executing on relevant task associated to the orderbook lifecycle to ensure a smooth transition process from LEAF\'s customers opportunity identification through to product delivery
  • Maintaining LEAF commercial tools, sales assets, dealer packages, and other customized assets/reports to support LEAF customers
  • Collaborating with LEAF\'s global and regional sales teams to vet and prioritize sales support requests based on alignment with the business unit objectives, capabilities, and capacities
  • Acting as the main point of contact for day-to-day execution for Orderbook and LEAF ecosystem troubleshooting
  • Assisting with the execution and distribution of LEAF business reports to provide insight and analysis to enable decision making and status updates to LEAF customers
  • Executing customized order management, fulfilment, delivery, and warranty processes for complex government contracts
  • Collaborating with the accounting department to collect relevant customer data/documentation, monitor account balances, and align on collection timelines/order releases
  • Assisting the merchandise planning team to ensure that inventory is balanced to the correct regional warehouse to support end user and government contract needs
  • Coordinating with regional warehouses to streamline business operations, ensure routing guides are followed, and address any important business activities/issues
  • Coordinating with Customer Service, Pro/Corp Service, Fraud Prevention team when necessary to ensure delivery of premium service through all channels
  • Traveling as required to support the LEAF team at Tradeshows, for dealer visits, and to owned events as required
  • Coordinating channel partner value added service (VAS) requests for government contracts

  • Working with cross functional teams within Arc\'teryx to pilot new systems, tools, and processes, before they are scaled to bigger markets
  • Overseeing development of innovative ways to support LEAF dealers and end users
Are you our next Commercial Service Representative - LEAF?
  • You have 2+ years\' experience as a Service Representative or similar role
  • You have highly effective verbal and written communication skills
  • You are able to balance business priorities in alignment with a purpose driven organization
  • You are proactive and comfortable communicating with top tier end users, business partners, and government officials
  • You have strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • You have experience using ERP tools,
  • You have a strong attention to detail, including accurate data-entry skills
  • You are proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
  • You set a clear vision, align your team around common objectives, and foster commitment to these objectives
  • You are proactive in identifying the root cause of issues, seeking the best (sometimes not the easiest) solutions with an unwavering commitment to do what is right
  • You remain highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity
