Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven

Commercial Segment Manager

to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining existing accounts within the commercial segment of B2B wholesale business. This includes sales of commercial truck tires, Ag Tires, Industrial Tires, Lawn and Garden Tires, and OTR.


Key Responsibilities:




Prospect and develop new business relationships with commercial clients Sell commercial tires and related programs including bookings, vendor programs and FDC opportunities Conduct customer visits to assess needs and offer product and service recommendations. Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business. Prepare and present proposals, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals. Maintain knowledge of current products, inventory levels, promotions, and competitor offerings. Collaborate with sales teams to ensure training and knowledge is at top levels. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activity, and service requests using CRM tools or designated systems.

Requirements:




High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field is a plus. 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the commercial tire, automotive, or transportation industry. Strong knowledge of commercial tires, brands, sizes, applications, and maintenance. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications:




Experience working with fleet accounts and/or large-scale commercial clients. Familiarity with tire management programs and fleet reporting.

Le/la candidat(e) retenu(e) sera charge(e) de developper de nouvelles affaires et de gerer les comptes existants dans le segment commercial de notre activite de gros B2B. Cela comprend la vente de pneus pour camions commerciaux, pneus agricoles, pneus industriels, pneus pour pelouse et jardin, ainsi que pneus hors route (OTR).


Responsabilites principales :




Prospecter et developper de nouvelles relations commerciales avec des clients professionnels Vendre des pneus commerciaux et des programmes associes, y compris les precommandes, les programmes fournisseurs et les opportunites FDC Effectuer des visites clients pour evaluer les besoins et recommander des produits et services adaptes Gerer et developper un portefeuille de comptes en assurant un haut niveau de satisfaction client et de fidelisation Preparer et presenter des propositions, negocier les prix et conclure les ventes Maintenir une bonne connaissance des produits, des niveaux de stock, des promotions et des offres concurrentes Collaborer avec les equipes commerciales pour assurer une formation et une expertise optimales Atteindre ou depasser les objectifs de vente mensuels et trimestriels Tenir des registres precis des interactions clients, des activites de vente et des demandes de service a l'aide d'outils CRM ou de systemes designes

Exigences :




Diplome d'etudes secondaires (ou equivalent GED) requis ; un diplome en commerce, marketing ou domaine connexe est un atout Minimum 5 ans d'experience en vente B2B, de preference dans l'industrie du pneu, automobile ou du transport Solide connaissance des pneus commerciaux, marques, dimensions, applications et entretien Excellentes competences en communication, negociation et relations interpersonnelles Permis de conduire valide et bon dossier de conduite Autonomie, esprit d'initiative, et forte ethique de travail

Qualifications preferees :




Experience aupres de comptes flottes ou de clients commerciaux de grande envergure * Connaissance des programmes de gestion de pneus et des rapports de flotte
