As a Commercial Security Guard, there is a high focus scheduled Patrolling, Access control ,desk duties and exceptional customer service since you will be working with people all shift, in a Commercial environment

Responsibilities for Commercial Security Guard

Customer service duties like welcome, verify identity, and guide visitors Manage access control Perform regular patrols with G-track devise to identify potential risks Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs Respond to various emergencies, such as fires, medical incidents, or security breaches. Deter criminal activity. Guards may be expected to engage in visible deterrence through their presence and by adhering to security procedures. security presence Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams Answer questions in person or by phone Write incident reports and communicate security concerns

Qualifications for Commercial Security Guard

Be authorized to work in Canada Hold a valid Manitoba security license First aid certification an asset Exceptional customer service skills Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
