Commercial Sales Representative
who can lead the charge in securing service agreements, building strong client relationships, and delivering real value to businesses.

What You'll Do
Generate Opportunities
- Identify, pursue, and secure new commercial clients through outbound prospecting, networking, and cold calling.
Secure Key Meetings
- Get in front of decision-makers and present tailored maintenance solutions that solve real HVAC problems.
Sell Service Contracts
- Promote and close on our customized HVAC service agreements that improve reliability and lower long-term costs for clients.
Negotiate with Confidence
- Drive deals across the finish line while ensuring mutual value for both RK Climate Control and the client.
Build Long-Term Partnerships
- Maintain and grow relationships with clients to encourage renewals, upgrades, and referrals.
Hit (and Crush) Sales Goals
- Meet ambitious targets and help push our company forward as a market leader in HVAC service.

Who You Are

Experienced in
B2B sales
, ideally with a background in service agreements or technical solutions.

Requirements
Must-Have:
2-5 years of successful B2B sales experience
Demonstrated history of achieving or exceeding sales targets
Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
Nice-to-Have:
5+ years of experience in technical or service-related sales
Experience working with small and medium-sized businesses
Management or leadership experience a plus
