Job Description

Due to our continued growth, we require a career-minded Commercial Sales Professional to join our team in Thunder Bay, ON. This position will work with our current client base as well as seek out new commercial clients. This full-time position will strive to continue End of the Roll Flooring Centre's tradition of providing exceptional customer service and flooring installations that exceeds our customer expectations.

A day in the Life of

Seek out new sales opportunities using existing relationships and the generation of new leads. Maintain and build new customer relationships. Obtain accurate measurements where required to assist with estimating and quoting Present quotes to customers and finalize the arrangements. Work with the project support team to confirm appropriate resources are allocated. Monitor the progress of each job from start to finish to ensure the quality of materials and installation meets customer expectations. Attend any jobsite meetings as requested by the customer. Organize jobs for the installer and follow up to make sure they are conforming to the contract.
What we need from you

Two years or more of commercial sales experience is preferred. Previous experience in the flooring or construction industry is considered an asset. Ability to read and interpret blueprints. Have a valid class G license, reliable vehicle, and be comfortable meeting with customers in Thunder Bay and Northwestern Ontario. Have strong communication and interpersonal skills. Goal-orientated and driven to reach targets. Self-motivated to excel in your role and career. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task. Be comfortable working under pressure with many deadlines. Desire a long-term position with a strong and stable company. Required to work a minimum of 40 hours per week. Required to work weekends, holidays, and evening hours.

End of the Roll Flooring Centres is growing in Thunder Bay, ON! We are one of the largest flooring contractors in the area and we serve both retail and commercial customers across Northwestern Ontario. Our huge showroom and vendor sample room allows builders, renovators, designers, and homeowners a multitude of flooring options. In addition to our huge inhouse flooring selection, we strive to provide a high-quality flooring installation on all our products.
