We're expanding our commercial division and need a
proven hunter
to own new business in the Calgary market. You'll target property managers, general contractors, facility directors, and developers -- closing roofing contracts (TPO, EPDM, metal, coatings, maintenance).
This is
not entry-level
. You must have a
track record of closing 6- and 7-figure commercial roofing deals
.
What You'll Do
Prospect daily: cold calls, LinkedIn, networking, site walks
Build and own a pipeline
Present ROI-driven solutions (energy savings, leak-proof warranties, fast installs)
Partner with estimating/ops to win bids
Attend industry events (BOMA, IFMA, NAIOP, roofing expos)
Close. Sign. Celebrate. Repeat.
You're a Fit If You Have
3+ years
in
commercial roofing sales
(required)
Proven $3M+ annual closed revenue
in roofing or building envelope
Existing relationships with GCs, property managers, or developers in [calgary]
Technical knowledge: TPO, EPDM, modified bitumen, metal retrofits, coatings
Clean driving record + willingness to be on roofs/job sites
CRM mastery (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)

Nice-to-Haves
RRO, LEED AP, or roofing manufacturer certifications
Experience with service/maintenance contracts
