Prestigious law firm is looking to add a stellar Commercial Real Estate Associate to their team! This firm prides itself on the growth of their legal professionals and offers an inclusive, collaborative environment for employees to flourish.
The ideal candidate should have substantial experience with real estate financing, investment, leasing, and capital raising. Background in commercial and residential real estate transactions and development is strongly desired.
Desired Background:
- 4-10 years of experience in real estate including commercial real estate closing costs, transactions, loans, commercial leases, zoning laws, contracts, and commercial real estate taxes
- Licensed to practice in Ontario
- Have an enthusiastic positive approach and be a team player
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong writing and legal research skills, and a strong work ethic
- Wonderful team atmosphere, boutique, collegial atmosphere
- Compensation is very competitive and based on experience
- Reasonable billable hour requirement
