Responsibilities
Daily operations of the buildings.
Property Maintenance coordination & Inspections.
Process invoices and track expenses.
Construction project management and estimating .
Administrative duties
Skills
Strong knowledge of Outlook.
Experience in coordinating construction projects is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a logical approach to troubleshooting.
Strong communication and written skills to interact with tenants , contractors, and vendors.
