Purpose of the Position: The primary responsibility of the Commercial Administrator is to provide administrative and team support to the Property Manager for an assigned portfolio of properties. You will assist with monthly reporting, budgeting, lease documentation, insurance tracking, accounts receivable, tenant inquiries and special projects. What you bring:
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role within real estate.
  • Graduate of a recognized business school.
  • Advanced Microsoft applications experience (Excel) a must, Yardi experience an asset.
  • Ability to meet deadlines without compromising accuracy.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • High degree of professionalism and passion for success.
Bonus Skills and Experience:
  • Familiarity with Yardi Systems
  • Experience with contracts and lease agreements
