Job Description

Commercial Property Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled and reliable

Maintenance Technician

to support our commercial real estate portfolio. This role involves responding to maintenance calls across multiple commercial properties in Saskatoon, performing routine and preventative maintenance on mechanical and plumbing systems, and addressing general building upkeep.

What We're Looking For:

A skilled "Jack of all trades" maintenance professional. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to assess issues quickly and efficiently. A well-rounded skillset with working knowledge across multiple areas of maintenance (plumbing, mechanical, minor electrical, building systems, etc.). Someone proactive, organized, and comfortable working independently.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to tenant and property maintenance requests in a timely manner. Perform preventative maintenance on mechanical, plumbing, and building systems. Troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of maintenance issues. Support general building upkeep to ensure properties remain safe, functional, and well-maintained.
A valid drivers license is required for this position.

Salary is commensurate with experience
