We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Commercial Lines Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the commercial strategy and driving business growth through effective market analysis, negotiation, and relationship management. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of commercial initiatives.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement commercial strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
Manage account relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and product development to drive business growth.
Utilize BMS for tracking sales activities, managing customer interactions, and reporting on performance metrics.
Prepare regular reports on commercial performance, market conditions, and competitive landscape.
Requirements
Proven experience in a commercial management role or similar position within a relevant industry.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
