Key Responsibilities

Manage and service a portfolio of commercial clients by providing timely, accurate, and personalized support Coordinate renewals, endorsements, certificates, policy changes, and cancellations Assist with new business quoting and placement in collaboration with producers Build strong relationships with underwriters to secure appropriate coverage and competitive pricing Maintain well-organized client files using digital systems Support clients through the claims process by offering guidance and follow-through

What You Bring

Experience in commercial lines insurance (typically two to three years or more) A solid understanding of commercial insurance products and markets A Level 2 insurance license in Saskatchewan, or eligibility to obtain it Strong communication skills with the ability to explain coverage clearly and professionally Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and time management abilities A collaborative mindset and a proactive approach to client service
