Personal & Commercial Lines Broker - Account Manager

Location: Midland, Ontario

Located in the heart of Midland, we are passionate about helping our clients and local companies in Niagara and the surrounding area navigate the world of insurance.

Personal Lines Insurance Broker

We are looking for a full-time, experienced RIBO Licensed Personal Insurance Broker to work within our dynamic team-oriented work environment. With a relaxed feel our focus is on service and providing clients with the right insurance coverage and making them feel like part of the family.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

? Maintaining a strong relationship with clients.

? Develop Strategies to obtain new clients.

? Quoting new and renewal business

? Servicing new & existing clients

? Handling incoming calls and quote requests.

Skills & Experience Required

? RIBO Licensed

? Insurance Customer Service: min 2 year

? Experience with Insurance Company Portals, Broker Management Systems (Power Broker an asset) and Quoting systems (Compu-quote an asset)

? Excellent verbal and written skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy

? Proficient in MS Word and Outlook

? Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks.

? Self- motivated and resourceful with sound problem solving skills
