, you'll be the go-to advisor for our clients, providing exceptional commercial account management and acting as the primary link between clients and insurance companies. In this role, you'll expertly guide clients through the details of their insurance needs while ensuring everything aligns with our brokerage's standards.
What You'll Do
Client & Company Support:
Answer inquiries from clients and insurance companies, delivering prompt and professional support.
Policy Management:
Handle endorsements, renewals, and policy updates with an eye for accuracy.
Relationship-Building:
Connect with clients to discuss renewals, provide quotes, and explore new business opportunities.
Upsell & Cross-sell:
Spot chances to recommend products that fit clients' needs. Assist producers with client reviews.
Claims & Billing Assistance:
Help clients through claims and billing questions to make their experience as smooth as possible.
Business Development:
Prepare submissions and proposals for new and renewal business.
Industry Engagement:
Stay updated on rates, forms, and coverage changes and represent at industry events.
Teamwork & Support:
Step in to assist coworkers during absences, vacation, and other times when coverage is needed.
What You Bring
Licenses & Certifications:
RIBO license required; CIP, CAIB or equivalent designation preferred or willingness to pursue.
Skills:
Professional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Efficiency:
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
Tech Savvy:
Comfortable using MS Products, Outlook, Zoho CRM, Acturis, Applied Rating Services.
Professionalism:
Positive demeanor and appearance, with a commitment to confidentiality and high standards of ethics.
Experience:
2+years of commercial lines account management experience at a brokerage.
